It's tempting to indulge in completely new outfits for a photo session, I'll admit... but here's why you shouldn't. Have you ever bought a new outfit only to realize (while wearing it) that you simply hate it (the fit, the cut, etc.)? "How could the sales clerk have let me buy this ill-fitting atrocity," you huff. ...Every hour was filled to the brim before we jetted back to the hills of Tennessee. I made sure to catch up with these two lovebirds who are about to welcome a new baby boy in the next few weeks. Whoa, I will never get used to my little brother being a grown up. He is absolutely in love with his little Mrs. and they were hustling to put the final touches on their nursery. Its raining today, perfect for staying in to watch my netflix documentary of the famous photographer, Bill Cunningham. His keen eye for style took to documenting the interesting fashions he found on NYC's streets with his first $30 dollar camera in the 60's. This 81-year-old photographer can still be found peddling through SoHo on his classic Schwind. A worn camera will be around his neck as he documents the lives of New York's most creatively dressed citizens. If you head to Central Park over the weekend, wear something nice, darling. Bill will be there snapping pictures for next week's edition of, "On the Street with Bill Cunningham" featured in The New York Times style section. I am infatuated with his charming video log for spring! Color, texture and fashion inspiration is blooming across the country, you only have to slow down to see it. Watch and be inspired.
