I don't know what happened in the last year but these little girls are no so little anymore. It made me feel old for a moment as their parents and I tried to recall how many years I been photographing them (plus brother). Just bumped into this slideshow from last year of the threesome. Caitlin is a quiet whirlwind of energy and creativity. Just like the rest of her family she specializes in gracefully juggling 20 different things at a time and doing it with ease that seems at times surreal. Clearly I'm envious.

tough and tumble
These three little guys are sweet and sincere (like their mom) yet 100% tough and tumble. I may have used a few more bribes then usual during this session but it was hotter then we expected for early September. The three (plus dad) "suffered" along knowing they had been promised a splash session when we finished. The idea of cannon balling into the pool had kept them smiling and cool most of the evening.

The cool factor.
Mitch has this innate ability to make any thing look cool, so naturally every passing car slowed to gawk at our production. However, close proximity to coolness was not nearly enough to help my own cool factor as I sprawled out on the sidewalk snapping.
